About the position

As Program Manager, your tasks will include:

  • Working closely with the Programs & Learning team to coordinate and execute our virtual and in-person programs.
  • Planning, managing, and executing (i.e. operationalizing programs, booking and briefing our world-class speakers, communicating with participants before, during and after programs, and ensuring a seamless execution during the programs)
  • We run most of our programs at the Rehumanize retreat, located about an hour one-way outside of Copenhagen and travel to the retreat is expected several times a month. We arrange for accommodation during programs if you are not local to the area – having a drivers license is a plus.
  • Support our corporate partners through world class key account management and continuous dialogue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our alumni and faculty to ensure they continuously have valuable experiences.

You are

  • A natural planner and doer, excellent at structuring, executing, and getting things done.
  • Comfortable taking charge and being responsible for producing and running education programs.
  • The best at turning killer concepts into tight-knit, smooth operations that create the best possible experiences.
  • Proud of your experience-design skills and unapologetic human perspective.
  • A person with near perfect proficiency in English (and preferably Danish, although Danish is not a requirement), orally and written.
  • Ambitious, thrive off of being challenged and are extremely open to having a steep learning curve.
  • A fast thinker and natural problem solver.

We promise

  • A hybrid work environment where you can work remotely most days (if you prefer). We generally bring our team together once a week (when we don’t run programs) to develop, innovate and socialize. We meet both at our beautiful countryside retreat; The Rehumanize Farm (1 hours drive from Copenhagen) and at different venues around Copenhagen to explore new and be inspired.
  • A job where you will work with a leading organization when it comes to creating transformational learning experiences. Our programs attract participants from all over the world and we only partner with the best.
  • The possibility of being a key part in building a world-class institution that in our team and community is truly global and diverse.
  • A work environment where the ambition is to make a positive impact in the world. We mean that and were one of the first certified Benefit Corporations in the Nordics. We source sustainably, support local organizations and startups and continiously explore how we can help promote responsible businesses.
  • A fast-paced, extremely ambitious and quality focused work environment where we continuously improve, learn fast and have a lot of fun.
  • An international environment full of leading corporates and world class experts – perfect for building an even stronger personal international network.
  • That only your own ambitions stand in the way of your growth potential at Rehumanize Institute.
