  • ambitious, thrive off of being challenged and are extremely open to having a steep learning curve.
  • a fast thinker and natural problem solver.

We promise:

  • A hybrid work environment where you can work remotely most days (if you prefer). We generally bring our team together once a week (when we don’t run programs) to develop, innovate and socialize. We meet both at our beautiful countryside retreat; The Rehumanize Farm (1 hours drive from Copenhagen) and at different venues around Copenhagen to explore new and be inspired.
  • a job where you will work with a leading organization when it comes to creating transformational learning experiences. Our programs attract participants from all over the world and we only partner with the best.
  • the possibility of being a key part in building a world-class institution that in our team and community is truly global and diverse.

We source sustainably, support local organizations and startups and continuously explore how we can help promote responsible businesses.
